RESPITE CARE

Enjoy Short-term 24-hour care by our specially trained staff ensuring comfort, medication management, safety and dignity.

ASSISTED LIVING

Our in house attendants provide assistance to give you peace of mind and confidence to stay active and healthy.

DIABETIC CARE

At Summit View Adult Family Homes, we help diabetic patients get better at coping with symptoms related to diabetes.

STROKE CARE

We care for stroke patients with 24/7 availability of an aide or caregiver on site. As needed, we can also arrange for rehabilitative care by a physical therapist.

HOSPICE CARE

A terminal illness is difficult and often overwhelming. Our team of hospice nurses helps you and your loved one face these challenging days with dignity and compassion.

MEAL PREPERATION

Three well-balanced, home-cooked meals are provided for our residents daily, and snacks are available throughout the day. We offer a wide variety of tasty, healthy choices from our kitchen. Special dietary needs are taken into consideration for meal preparation.

CARING TEAM

Our staff of skilled care associates, nurses and nursing assistants are all appropriately certified, licensed and specially trained to serve residents at our home. They also have the dedication and reliability needed to provide senior care with the high standard of quality and commitment your loved one deserves.

FUN ACTIVIES & GAMES

Summit View AFH regularly provides a range of optional activities that help our residents enjoy a full life and social interactions with others. These may include: ball tossing, bingo, card games, singing, gardening, walking, puzzles, watching movies and in home live music are some of the activities available.
